Nick Taylor - Chief Manager

Responsibilites
Nick leads our Relationships team with responsibility for looking after Nationwide's existing and new Registered Provider borrowers throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
Experience
He has been arranging finance for Registered Providers since 2000 and has structured a number of the sector's larger and more complex transactions. Nick has wide experience of both Commercial and Housing Finance having worked for a major clearing bank and within the Society's Commercial Division for over 12 years.
Steve Goodyer - Senior Lending Manager

Responsibilites
Steve is one of our team’s Senior Lending Managers, with responsibility for a diverse £3 billion portfolio of key Registered Provider customers across England.
Experience
Steve has spent the last 15 years in Housing Finance providing relationship management to a number of Registered Provider customers and has been involved in arranging and structuring loan facilities to meet the funding requirements for traditional Registered Providers, stock transfers, estate transfers and Housing Action Trusts.
Clive Williams - Senior Lending Manager

Responsibilites
Clive has been involved in the structuring and delivering of funding to a number of stock transfer and traditional Associations and manages a portfolio of key Registered Provider customers with total commitments in excess of £2.5 billion.
Experience
Clive has been with Nationwide for since the late 1980s moving into the Housing Finance sector in the mid 90s, providing relationship management to a number of Registered Provider clients.
Karen Cook - Senior Lending Manager

Responsibilites
Karen leads the relationship management for a diverse portfolio of the Society’s RP customers including those that are based in Wales.
Experience
Karen has been with Nationwide’s Housing Finance team since 2000 having previously gained over 10 years experience with a major clearing bank. Karen has wide experience of working with customers to successfully structure and deliver a variety of facilities for new and established stock transfers as well as traditional Registered Providers.
