Responsibilites
Based in Manchester, Steve joined Nationwide in 2009. He oversees the Relationship Management team covering the UK from the Midlands upwards. The team pursue new opportunities as well as manage in excess of £3billion of commercial property lending.
Experience
Prior to joining Nationwide, Steve worked at Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland. He moved to Alliance & Leicester in 2006 where he set up and managed its national business centre network, which he developed to offer a full range of banking services to the Small and Medium sized Enterprise market.
Graham Ritchie - Senior Lending Manager

Graham joined Nationwide in 2011, having worked mainly with Bank of Scotland and Yorkshire Bank prior to this in both the property finance and private banking arenas. He now manages a diverse portfolio of regional property investment clients based in Manchester.
Experience
Graham has 24 years banking experience including over 10 years direct involvement with commercial investment property banking & new business origination. He also is experienced in ‘workout’ situations and aims to add value via use of his professional & client networks.
Joanna Winterton - Senior Lending Manager

Joanna's role is to arrange, structure and manage senior debt facilities for the purchase and refinance of most commercial property asset classes.
Experience
Joanna joined Nationwide in 2000 having previously worked for Barclays Bank plc as a Business Manager for some 10 years, working with SME's. She has in excess of 20 years experience in the business banking, property and commercial markets.
Steve Postlethwaite - Lending Manager

Based in Northampton, Steve provides Relationship Management to commercial customers across the UK as part of a £285m commercial property lending portfolio.
Experience
Steve joined Nationwide’s Commercial Division in 1999 and has worked in both the origination and loss mitigation parts of the business, developing a wide range of knowledge in the commercial property investment and lending sectors.

Janet has been with the Manchester office since inception in 2004 and has been involved in arranging finance for a number of local property investors, in addition to providing ongoing relationship management to both new and existing clients.
Experience
Janet has been with Nationwide for in excess of 20 years. Having commenced her career in the Society's Retail Division, she has spent the last 13 years in Property Finance managing a diverse portfolio of commercial loans.

Laura joined Nationwide Building Society in October 2003 and moved into Commercial Division in June 2005. Laura has held a variety of roles including Loan Origination and Recoveries. She currently manages a UK Commercial Real Estate portfolio in excess of £300m covering core sectors with her client base ranging from institutional funds and quoted plc’s to high net worth individuals.
