Anthony Pooley - Lead Manager of the Operations & Relationship Management Teams

Anthony currently leads the Relationship Management team as well as the Operations team behind the scenes. Leveraging his many years in client facing roles, Anthony prides himself on taking a client-centric approach and empowers his team to do the same with every client interaction. Outside of work, Anthony is a keen pilot and sailor.

David Martin - Relationship Manager (£45 million and above turnover)

David has over 20 years’ experience in Commercial and Retail Financial Services, having worked at Britannia Building Society before joining Nationwide. An experienced Relationship Manager helping customers with turnover of £45 million and above, he works hard to understand the needs of new and existing customers helping them to achieve their Business Savings requirements. Outside of the day job, David has a young family, enjoys travelling and films.

Tamzin Bayne - Associate Relationship Manager (£10 million to £45 million turnover)

Tamzin has worked for Nationwide in various retail roles including customer focused and management roles. She joined our Business Savings Team in 2019 and is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in building relationships with new and existing customers. Tamzin has recently completed her Level 3 studies in British Sign Language and is passionate about supporting the deaf community. Tamzin also enjoys being a mum to her young son, travelling the world and indulging in a good movie.
