Following a recent update to our privacy policy, we’ve made some changes to the Business Savings Accounts General Terms and Conditions, which came into effect on 25 May 2018.
Here is a summary of the changes:
- We’ve replaced the statement in “How we use your information” (previously clauses 30-35), with a new statement (clause 30) providing a link to our privacy webpage.
- We’ve updated clause 63 (previously clause 68), to state that we’ll put a notice on our website when we start to use the new image clearing system for clearing cheques.
